Webshop Orders for Click & Collect or Delivery

Shop stock Collect In Store items are available 7 days per week – we will contact you to confirm that your order is ready for collection either by telephone or email. Please ensure that accurate contact details are provided on your order to facilitate this.

Webshop/Website orders can be placed 24/7. Shop stock items will be collected by our courier partners on the next working day ie Monday-Friday (although we are open 7 days, our couriers do not collect orders on Saturday or Sunday). Please note that longer delivery lead times may apply for larger items eg Log Cabins, Garden Buildings, Arbours, Arches and Furniture where home deliveries may be made by our trusted partners and suppliers. Approximate lead time is shown on individual product pages where applicable.
