Chervil Anthriscus cerefolium. Sometimes called the gourmet parsley. Chervil has a sweet subtle flavour with a hint of aniseed. It is easy to grow and can be sown from January to December for growing in a herb garden or in pots and containers. Grow autumn sown seed in a cool greenhouse for continuous winter picking.
